Before You Arrive
When should I RSVP by?
Please reply by April 5, 2027 through the RSVP page. If we haven’t heard from you by then, we’ll assume you’re unable to join us.
May I bring a guest?
Everyone named on your formal invitation is who we’ve reserved a seat for. If a guest is included, their name will appear on your invitation.
Are children welcome?
While we adore your little ones, our celebration will be an adults-only evening.
Where should I stay?
We’ve reserved a room block at Halcyon Hotel in Cherry Creek — space is limited, so book early. For other hotel options, airport info, and local tips, visit the Travel page.
The Halcyon block opens once your formal invitation arrives.
Have you registered for gifts?
We have, though your presence truly is the gift. If you’d like to send something, everything is gathered on the Registry page.

Friday, June Fourth
Am I invited to the Welcome Dinner Party?
Yes — all wedding guests are warmly invited to join us for a rooftop celebration at Rare Bird in Cherry Creek.
Friday evening, 6:30–9:30pm
Rare Bird — the rooftop of the Halcyon Hotel, Cherry Creek
Cocktails and dinner will be served.
What should I wear?
Attire is Colorado Casual.
A collared shirt with nice pants, and clean sneakers or loafers.
A sundress, or a blouse with nice pants, and a block heel or flat.
The rooftop is open-air — bring a layer for when the sun goes down and the evening turns chilly.
Getting to Rare Bird
Rare Bird sits on the rooftop of the Halcyon Hotel in Cherry Creek.
Street parking along Columbine Street, plus several nearby garages within a short walk.
Staying at the Halcyon? Just head up to the rooftop. From other Cherry Creek hotels it’s roughly a 5–15 minute walk.
Saturday, June Fifth
What should I wear?
The dress code is Black Tie.
Black tuxedos.
Floor-length dresses — color is encouraged!
The ceremony is in the outdoor Pavilion, shaded for the afternoon.
Footwear — the evening moves across stone and minimal grass, so a block heel will serve you better than a stiletto.
Layers — evenings cool quickly, so bring a wrap or jacket.
Getting to Sanctuary Golf Course
7549 Daniels Park Road, Sedalia, Colorado 80135
Up the road you will arrive at a gate — tell the attendant you’re there for the Hanna wedding and they will direct you to the entrance.
A shuttle from the Halcyon Hotel will be provided. Meet outside the Halcyon by 3:40pm; it departs for Sanctuary at 3:50pm. Staying elsewhere in Cherry Creek? You’re welcome to ride along.
Take I-25 to Castle Pines Parkway, then follow Daniels Park Road to the gate.
Traffic — check I-25 before you leave; it can be unpredictable.
Directions — cell service thins out on the final stretch, so save your route ahead of time.
When should I arrive?
Arriving by 4:30pm leaves enough time to park and be seated comfortably.
Where do I park?
Complimentary valet is available at Sanctuary Golf Course.
A large lot sits directly east of the venue entrance, just past the gate.
May I take photos during the ceremony?
We’re having an unplugged ceremony — please keep phones tucked away so everyone can be fully present. Photograph away once the reception begins; we’d love to see what you capture.
What if it rains?
We are hoping for perfect Colorado weather, but in the event that the weather shifts, we will move indoors.
